 Kontrast V (Black High-gloss) |
Technical Details Kontrast V: 2-way bass reflex system with a separate, mechanically decoupled enclosure for woofer-midrange and tweeter. Separate crossovers for the two drivers, cast to prevent microphonics. The high frequency crossover is place in the tweeter enclosure and therefore optimally isolated from vibrations from the woofer. All components represent the highest level of quality and some have been especially produced for the Kontrast V. The enclosure is insulated with form-stamped wool felt plates that form an acoustic labyrinth. This provides optimal damping of the midrange with the least amount of damping material and practically undampened transfer of the bass energy to the reflex aperture. Features/Connection Options Kontrast V: Passive, passive bi-wiring, bi-amping, serially equipped with AntiSpike, driver cap upon request. The Kontrast V is available in gray effect enamel, black and white structured enamel, black high-gloss as well as in the real wood veneers Black Ash, Cherry, Beech, Maple and Apricot.
